Feldman, Doris G. nee: Heget, age 98, of Lake Worth, Fl., formerly of Jersey City, NJ on January 1, 2020. She was The Director of Christ Hospital Nursing School, Jersey City for 30 years. Beloved wife of that late Dr. Merne Feldman. Cherished aunt of Dr. Richard Maltzman, Dr. Stephen Maltzman, Dr. Alan Wasserman and Dr. Barry Maltzman. Loving grand aunt of 7 nieces and nephews and 13 great grand nieces and nephews.

Doris was my Aunt Bernice’s beloved sister who was married to my uncle Mario Amarotico. She and her parents were always with us on all holidays and celebrating her mom’s birthday (Marie Heget) was truly special since their home in Cliffside Park backed up to a recreational area which hosted a 4th of July gala-her mother’s actual birthday. Doris helped take of my grandmother when she was recovering from breast cancer surgery and she and Merne visited my grandfather’s sister in Italy reporting back to him and making him so happy. Doris was bright diligent and always classy. She was a pleasure to be around and always thought of fondly May she Rest In Peace
