Hello Robert and Family, My name is Irene Stefanik and I went to Southampton College with Katherine. Today is January 27, 2016 and I just got a Christmas card returned to me today that I had sent to Katherine. It said deceased on the envelope. I was shocked and saddened to read this. I would like to offer you my deepest condolences. Katherine and I hadn’t spoken in years and then she saw my name on facebook and contacted me. From then on, we stayed in touch by email and telephone conversations. I am so very sorry for your loss. I know that Katherine was having a series of operations as she told me about them on the phone and by email. I would like to send a sympathy card to you and your family. Please contact me if you can.
