Lynn Perlstein Fischer, formerly of Tenafly and Englewood, New Jersey, on December 14, 2019 in Delray Beach, Florida at age 73. After graduating from Dwight Morrow High School in Englewood, Lynn earned a degree in Education from Jersey City State College. Lynn taught kindergarten and second grade at the Edward H. Bryan School in Cresskill, N.J. for 43 years. She was the proud recipient of the Teacher of Year Award. Survived by her devoted husband Jeffrey, who she loved deeply, and her son Benjamin (Emily). The absolute delight of her life were her grandchildren, Lucy and William. Service to be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 11am. Any donations in her memory can be made to Reading is Fundamental.

I remember talking with Lynn at Pool 5 in Delray Beach, FL Huntington Lakes, and Lynn was recommending a book she just read. She was an avid reader. She spoke of how she loved teaching her Kindergarten students. She was a pleasure to know, and will be missed. Rest In Peace Lynn. My sympathy to Jeffrey and family. Sincerely, Gloria Hausman
