It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Martha
Mogull on December 29, 2024, a beloved mother, grandmother,
sister, aunt, and cherished friend. She was 94 years old.
Martha will forever be remembered for her extraordinary kindness,
boundless energy, and unwavering dedication to her family. A
pioneer in every sense of the word, her fearless spirit led her to break
barriers personally and professionally. As a single mother, she
raised three children while simultaneously shattering glass ceilings
in the male-dominated world of commercial real estate.

A true trailblazer, in 1986 Martha became the first-ever female Vice
President of Sales at CB Commercial Real Estate, one of the world’s
largest real estate firms. From 1993 to 2000, she courageously
fought and won a multimillion-dollar landmark discrimination case
that ultimately reached the New Jersey Supreme Court, setting a
legal precedent that is studied in law schools today. Her relentless
work ethic, humility, and integrity were the cornerstone of her
success. Her legal battle continues to inspire and empower women
facing workplace discrimination.

Martha is survived by her devoted children: Kim Mogull and her
husband Frank Boulben; Dean Mogull; Marc Mogull, his wife Kerstin
and their children Gustav, Alex, and Philip.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Martha’s
memory to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
