It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Pascal Boylan at the age of 85 after suffering several strokes. He will be remembered as a loving, warm, charming, feisty yet soft spoken Dubliner with his brogue always surrounded by his redheads. Loving devoted husband to his wife Susan Boylan, daughters Hillary Wellisch (son in law Andrew Wellisch) Meredith Garth (son in law Matthew Garth), loving grandfather to Isabel and Lila Wellisch, and Maddie and Ben Garth, and loving brother to Joe Boylan, 95 and sister Eileen Rafanelli, 89.He will be dearly missed and in our hearts forever. Pascal was a man who loved people — befriending strangers, joking and smiling. He always made me feel that he was happy to see me. I will miss him, as will so many. My sincerest condolences to Susan, Meredith, Hillary and all other family and friends.
We will treasure the wonderful memories of Uncle Pascal. He was such a great guy – always with a story or a song or something to make you smile and laugh. Pascal was truly loved. And he loved all of you so very much!

Pascal lived life to the fullest. Our memories of him will warm our heart when we miss him the most. He made an impact on all of us and we now celebrate a life well lived.

I am privileged to say that this great man was my uncle. He was from a great family, with great parents. They never let themselves be overcome or beaten by anything in life. They overcame every difficulty. May God be good to Pascal, to his parents and to his deceased family members.
