David M Shiffman

Shiffman, David M, age 77, of Cliffside Park, and most recently River Vale, NJ, passed peacefully on August 5th 2023. David was Vice President of Cornell Surgical Co, founded by his late father John, and ran the medical supplies company with his brother Howard for almost 50 years. His many interests and curiosities also extended to local civics, where David served as chairman of the West New York Parking Authority. David loved to travel and accomplished many bucket list trips, including cruising through the Panama Canal and seeing operas in Verona, Italy. Even after suffering a stroke in 2015, David’s positive and humorous spirit continued to shine.

Devoted father of Blair Shiffman Levy (and soon-to-be grandfather to “baby Levy”). Dear Brother of Howard Shiffman. David will be missed dearly.
