Fred B. Friedman

Friedman, Fred B, age 84, of Cliffside Park, formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ, passed away on June 11, 2016. He was born in Wurzburg, Germany and came to the United States with his mother in 1938. Fred was the beloved husband of Maren Friedman, loving father to Karin Friedman Fraade and Laura Friedman McDaniel, loving father in law to Ed McDaniel, and adored by his six grandchildren, Jordan, Michael, and Rachel Fraade, Jacob, Katherine, and Alyssa McDaniel. He was a wonderful, generous man with a great sense of humor and a strong commitment to community. He was a gifted amateur photographer with a lifelong love of traveling, volunteering, and collecting his antique cameras. Donations may be made in his memory to the Center for Food Action or Congregation Adas Emuno in Leonia. Chapel service to be held on Monday June 13, 2016 at 1 PM.
