Harriet Haberman Phd

Dr. Harriet Haberman, age 80, of Howard Terrace in Leonia, passed away on Saturday, January 20th, 2024. She was at peace and surrounded by loved ones. She was a loving, daughter, mother, friend, and therapist. She was an accomplished Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a published author of “Emotional Wisdom”, and she dedicated her life to helping people through compassion and empathy. She is predeceased by her beloved daughter Rebecca Serkey who passed away in 2014 in the line of duty as a flight paramedic in New Mexico, Father, Tobias Haberman and Mother, Ilsa Villmer.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd at Wellwood Cemetery at 1400 Wellwood Ave. West Babylon, NY 11704.
