Marlene Denner

Denner, Marlene, (nee:Lande), age 85, of Delray Beach, Fla formerly of Queens, passed peacefully on November 29, 2021. Born and raised in the Bronx she was an assistant buyer for Alexander’s of Rego Park. She served as President of her local chapter of ORT (Organization for Rehabilitation through Training). A very strong woman who was a two-time breast cancer survivor. In her younger years, she was very involved in her children’s activities including as a den mother for scouts. She loved to travel and the Home Shopping Network.
Beloved wife of late husbands Nathan Winograd and David Denner. Devoted mother of Sondra Leinkram and her husband Mark, Stanley Winograd and his wife Pura, and Bobby Winograd and his wife Eva. Adored grandma of Greenberg, Ilsy, Steven, Benny, Lisa, Adam, and Isabella. Cherished great grandma of Rhiannon, Carleen, Catherine, Daniel, Maya, Brooke, and Sophia. Great-great grandma of Olivia.
Chapel service Friday December 3, 2021 10 am at Eden Memorial Chapels 327 Main Street Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Interment to follow Beth El Cemetery. If so desired donations in her memory may be made to ORT.
